Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy governs returns, cancellations, and exchanges for purchases made via patwacompany.com and patwaandcompany.com, operated by Patwa And Company (Jaipur) Pvt. Ltd. (“Patwa & Co.”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched, and only upon a written cancellation request sent via email or WhatsApp to our support team. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Your request must include:

• Full name of the purchaser
• Order number
• Registered email address or phone number used for the purchase
• Reason for cancellation (optional)

We reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any cancellation at our sole discretion.

We also reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason without obligation to deliver the Goods. If cancelled by us, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for one-time size exchange, subject to the following strict conditions:

• A return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Only one-time size exchange is allowed per order.
• Goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
• Customer is solely responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost and risk.
• The replacement product will only be shipped once we have successfully received and approved the returned product.
• Forward shipping charges for the replacement item will also be borne by the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Customized or personalized products
• Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)
• Products that are damaged, altered, or used
• Sale, discounted, or promotional items

4. Exchange Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If approved, we will dispatch the replacement item (subject to availability).
• If the item is unavailable, we may issue a store credit or refund at our sole discretion.

5. Refunds

• Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive and approve the returned product after inspection.
• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during purchase.
• We are not obligated to issue a refund for any reason outside of the terms outlined in this policy.
• Any decision to refund is at the sole discretion of Patwa And Company (Jaipur) Pvt. Ltd.

6. Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

• You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
• Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, refunds will be issued only to the original purchaser’s payment method.

7. Shipping Responsibility

We recommend using an insured and trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Return address will be provided by our support team at the time of return initiation. Customers must confirm the return address before dispatching any shipment to avoid misrouting or rejection.

8. Legal Notice

All return, refund, and exchange decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Patwa And Company (Jaipur) Pvt. Ltd..

This policy does not create any obligation or liability beyond those expressly outlined herein. No director, employee, or agent of the company may be held personally liable in connection with any order, return, or refund.
