This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through patwacompany.com and patwaandcompany.com, operated by Patwa And Company (Jaipur) Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms below.


1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts; however, discrepancies may occur. If any item is unavailable at the time of purchase:

  • We will fulfill available items;
  • You will be notified regarding out-of-stock products;
  • You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on product weight, size, and destination. Charges are collected along with payment at the time of purchase. This cost is final unless changes are required for custom or large shipments.

International customers may be subject to additional shipping charges based on location, service availability, or package specifications.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery may take up to 30 days or more, especially for made-to-order or customized products, as we may begin production from scratch and await design or size approvals from the customer. This timeline is only indicative and not guaranteed.

The final delivery duration depends on various factors including production time, quality checks, availability of materials, and courier partner timelines.

We use third-party courier services for delivery. Delays caused by courier networks, customs clearance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility.

4. Order Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are usually dispatched within the estimated processing window displayed at checkout. Upon dispatch:

  • You may request tracking information by contacting our customer support via WhatsApp or email;
  • Tracking availability depends on the third-party courier and is not guaranteed to be automatically provided.

5. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged:

  • Reject the delivery and notify us immediately;
  • If accepted, report damage within 24 hours of delivery with photographs;
  • Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

6. Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery exceeds expected time:

  • Contact us for assistance;
  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier.

Refunds or replacements are processed only after confirmation from the courier that the parcel is officially lost.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Domestic Orders

Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all applicable sales taxes within India.

7.2 International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges:

  • Are not included in the product or shipping cost;
  • Must be paid by the recipient upon delivery;
  • Will not be refunded in case of returns or refusal.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, the package will be returned at your cost. You will be refunded for the product only after deducting all related shipping and handling fees.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before dispatch by submitting a written request with your name, order number, and contact details.

9. Insurance & Carrier Claims

We do not directly insure shipments; any coverage is provided solely by the contracted courier in accordance with their terms and limits. Patwa And Company (Jaipur) Pvt. Ltd. assumes no independent liability for loss or damage once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. Our role is limited to facilitating the customer’s claim with the courier, and any compensation is strictly subject to the courier’s investigation outcome and payout.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In‑Transit

If a parcel is confirmed by the courier as damaged in transit, and only after the courier has completed its investigation and approved compensation, we may—at our sole discretion—either: (a) issue a refund up to the amount recovered from the courier, or (b) dispatch a replacement item, subject to stock availability. No liability is accepted for consequential or indirect losses.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost In‑Transit

If the courier deems the parcel lost after completing its investigation, we may—at our sole discretion—either: (a) issue a refund up to the amount recovered from the courier, or (b) send a replacement item, subject to product availability. Our liability shall in no case exceed the reimbursement actually received from the courier.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate shipping information (name, billing and shipping address, contact number, email address);
  • Ensuring the accuracy of payment method details including card, UPI, or bank information;
  • Receiving the parcel at the specified address or coordinating with the courier for re-delivery or pickup.

We are not liable for:

  • Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details;
  • Delays caused by customer unavailability, wrong addresses, or failed delivery attempts;
  • Any unauthorized access, misuse, or compromise of customer’s payment, contact, or address details once submitted on the website.

The customer accepts full liability for any charges incurred due to rerouting, re-delivery, storage, or return of undelivered packages.
