Yes. Many of our garments can be customised for fabric, colour, and measurements. Please reach out on WhatsApp or visit one of our stores in Jaipur to discuss your requirements. Custom orders typically take 7–14 days depending on the design.

We work with premium natural fabrics including pure cotton, cambric cotton, cotton khadi, silk, Tussar silk, printed silk, and Liane cotton. Each fabric is selected for comfort, breathability, and longevity — befitting garments worn at ceremonies as significant as weddings and pujas.

Yes, we accept size exchanges subject to availability and the product being unused and in original condition with tags intact. Please initiate your exchange within 7 days of delivery. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Orders can also be placed via WhatsApp for direct bank transfer or UPI payment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
Shipping within India starts at ₹200 (1–4 items) and scales by total quantity. Exchange Protection follows the same tier and is optional. International orders are a flat ₹3,500. See full details.
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International orders take 10–18 business days depending on the destination. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time — we will communicate the timeline clearly at the time of ordering.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Patwa & Company has been delivering royal Rajputana craftsmanship internationally since 1972. International shipping is ₹3,500 flat rate and typically arrives within 10–18 business days.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Items that have been altered (e.g. length or sleeve adjustments) are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. See full exchange policy.
